What kind of talent will be available?+

The talent pool is being built for DevOps, Cloud, Platform, SRE, DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, AI-Ops, MLOps, reliability, and adjacent operational roles where practical execution matters.

What does serially vetted talent mean?+

It means candidates are expected to build signal over time through multiple forms of evidence: challenge performance, defended work, documentation, mentor grading, project artifacts, XMP points, verified expertise levels, and profile activity.

How is talent rating shown to recruiters?+

Talent rating is shown through two profile signals: XMP, meaning XOps Maestros Points, and Verified Expertise Level. XMP is the talent’s average mentor-graded performance across challenge submissions, so 85 XMP means 85% average performance. Verified Expertise Level shows the average challenge difficulty the talent has proven after successful submissions and mentor grading: beginner challenges carry 4 points, intermediate challenges carry 7 points, and senior challenges carry 10 points. Together, they help recruiters read both how well a talent performs and the complexity level they have consistently defended.

What is the recruiter dashboard?+

The recruiter dashboard is planned as an AI-enhanced ATS-style workspace for reviewing profiles, comparing readiness signals, managing shortlists, and keeping hiring context organized around Cloud and Ops roles.
